“Hello there, are you looking at me?” Gotta love Baby C’s grin over here! ;)
2020 has indeed been a year of great change for all of us. With the Circuit Breaker starting in early April and ending on June 1st, most of us, who were not essential workers, stayed home for months. That meant no visits from or to relatives and friends for almost two whole months. As a result, many of the babies born in 2020 spent most of their early months at home, interacting with just their parents.
When we were finally allowed to resume operations in mid-June, we started photographing many 2020 babies whose first “social trip” since the Circuit Breaker was to our studio. Baby C was one of the first babies we photographed after our studio reopening, and we were really excited to have him on our set!
Since it was his first time interacting with other people (besides his parents) in a while, he took some time to warm up to us. This was completely normal! There were a few cries, but they didn’t last long, and we were so happy to see Baby C relax and feel comfortable enough to enjoy his portrait session. :)

Not a fan of lying down – which is perfectly common at this stage! Once babies are able to sit up, they rarely enjoy lying down. I mean, the view you get while sitting up is way much more awesome than staring at the plain boring ceiling, isn’t it? ;)
