Meeting Baby E at 14 days new
When Baby E visited our studio at just 14 days old, he instantly captured our hearts. With his tiny fingers, squishy cheeks, and an incredible range of expressions for a newborn, it was such a delight photographing this little one.
Newborn sessions are always special, but when a baby like Baby E comes along—calm, expressive, and full of character—it becomes even more memorable. From gentle yawns to curious gazes and sleepy smiles, he gave us a whole range of beautiful moments to document. His parents were also such a joy to work with, radiating calm and love that made the session smooth and enjoyable.
We truly believe that every newborn portrait session is a celebration of new life—and Baby E’s was one filled with joy, gentleness and charm.
Why 14 Days is the Sweet Spot for Newborn Photography
Many families wonder when the best time is to photograph their newborns. The first two weeks after birth, ideally between 5–14 days, are perfect for capturing those sleepy, curled-up poses and natural expressions. At this stage, babies still retain that newborn snuggliness, and it’s often easier to settle them for portraits. Baby E was exactly 14 days young—right at the sweet spot!
