Booking and Deposit
A 50% deposit confirms your session and holds your date. The remaining 50% is paid after the session.
Both payments are by PayNow or bank transfer. We do not accept cards, and there are no card surcharges or processing fees.
Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
Rescheduling
There is no reschedule fee.
Babies run fevers the night before. Toddlers have off days. Singapore rains without warning. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move your session to a new date, and your deposit moves with it.
We ask only that you tell us as early as you reasonably can, so the slot can go to another family.
If Your Baby Arrives Early or Late
For maternity sessions, we book against your estimated due date and confirm the exact date once your baby arrives.
If you go into labour before your maternity session, your deposit transfers to a newborn or Fresh 48 session instead. Nothing is lost.
For Fresh 48 sessions, if a NICU stay or medical complication means the session genuinely cannot happen, your deposit transfers to a newborn or future family session. If Fresh 48 was the only session you wanted, we refund it. We work these out case by case.
What Is Included
Every session includes all your edited images in full resolution with printing rights.
There are no image caps, no per-image charges, and no rush-editing fees. We cull the blinks and duplicates, edit every keeper individually, and hand over the complete gallery.
Delivery
Galleries are delivered within 2 weeks of your session via a private online link.
You can download your images as many times as you like, share them with family, and print them wherever you choose. The files are yours to keep.

Additional family members or pets join at SGD 50 each.
Book maternity and newborn together and save SGD 100. This is the only bundle we offer.
Custom cake smash themes from SGD 200. Outdoor cake smash from SGD 150.
For multigenerational sessions, message us with your total headcount and we will quote for the full group.
Home and Outdoor Sessions
Home sessions are available on request, anywhere in Singapore. Message us and we will sort out the details.
No permits are required for family photoshoots at Singapore’s public parks and gardens, including the Botanic Gardens. Conservatory interiors at Gardens by the Bay require entry tickets only.
Who Photographs Your Session
Every session is photographed by Ryan, the studio owner. You will not be assigned a staff photographer.
Image Usage
We ask you first, every time.
Your photos are yours. We will never post an image of your family on our website, Instagram, or anywhere else without checking with you first — and if you would rather we did not, that is completely fine and it changes nothing about your session or your gallery.
This applies to every image and to every family member, including children.
If you say yes and later change your mind, message us and we will take it down.
Late Arrival
We understand Singapore traffic and we understand babies. If you are running late, message us — we will do our best to make the session work.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without letting us know beforehand, the session may need to be cancelled, as the studio is usually booked back to back. If you have told us in advance, we will always try to accommodate you.
No-Show
If you do not attend your session and have not contacted us, the booking is cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.
This is the only circumstance in which a deposit is lost. If something has gone wrong, message us — we would far rather move your date than keep your deposit.
