Chubby little Baby W.
Have we mentioned how much we absolutely adore photographing chubby babies? There’s something incredibly endearing about their adorable round faces and tiny little hands. And when they’re wrapped up like a little burrito? Too precious for words!
Baby W visited our studio when she was 6 weeks old, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled to photograph her. While the optimal time for a newborn photoshoot is typically within the first 2 weeks of life, we understand that life doesn’t always work out that way. If you’ve missed that early window, don’t worry! We’re happy to photograph babies up to 6-8 weeks old, depending on how early or late they were born. Baby W’s session was a testament to how beautiful newborn portraits can still be taken after the 2-week mark.
Throughout her session, Baby W was such a star. She slept soundly at certain moments, allowing us to capture her peaceful little features. At other times, she was wide awake, curious and expressive—so alert and taking in the world around her. Those moments of curiosity were just as precious as her peaceful sleep shots, and we loved being able to capture both sides of her personality.
